Wanny is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and retreat facilitator creating spaces of rest and healing for Black and Brown communities. She has led transformative retreats and travel rooted in mindfulness, being in the service of others, and connection. She believes that collective healing is essential for liberation.
Her teaching blends grounding hatha and fluid vinyasa practices with meditation and yoga philosophy. Each retreat and class is designed not just as a wellness experience, but as a reclaiming of rest, nourishment, and spiritual care for those often left out of mainstream wellness spaces.
Wanny’s work is rooted in authenticity, love, and the belief that when Black and Brown communities heal together, they thrive together.

All-levels community classes for movement, mindfulness, and deeper connection
Each class includes a 50 minute yoga practice followed by a 20 minute meditation session.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or continuing your journey, this is a welcoming space to slow down, tune in, and care for yourself in community.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, Water + towel, Journal + pen
Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled. Come as you are — all bodies and levels welcome.
