Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool rooted in Jungian psychology that uses four color energies to help people better understand themselves and others.
Each participant can receive a personalized Insights Discovery profile that explores their unique preferences, strengths, communication style, and the value they bring to a team. I use the framework and profiles as the foundation for a facilitated experience tailored to what your team is working through.
